What do you like best about the leadership team?
Focused on the mission, the clients the employees and having a good time while doing it!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The XSUs IF I don't get taxed to death on them. I'm worried about it but if they don't crush me they are an added chunk of change.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sticking to the mission and hiring passionate employees who CARE about the clients we serve. While doing this we have FUN! I know we hire for intellectual horse power BUT the best employees have EQ on their side and we have a ton of them!
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping a client OR a teammate. If I was on the Suns, I'd want to be the one dishing out assists. I like to score BUT the assist is a win-win. The culture is what makes me happy (DON'T LOSE SIGHT OF THIS EXECS as CULTURE IS EVERYTHING!)
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are friendly, passionate, care, smart. savvy, work well together as teammates, work hard, and mission driven. This is the BEST aspect of Axon. If we work together, then we get 10X more than anyone else in this space or anywhere. Keep finding passionate workers - more vital than intellect.
