I joined Axon straight out of college and I've grown with the company since then. I've been here 4.5 years and I dont see myself leaving. There are opportu ities to improve work life balance across the org. But ive learned from the best of the best, and I wouldn't have at another company
What makes you most happy at work?
Being in person with my customers and teammates for meetings
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Uncapped commission, unlimited PTO, and not having to worry about medical dental mental well ess because thats covered too
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We can bounce from important next steps/new process conversations, straight to a punchline. People are fun and down to business at the same time. Professional and fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Sales Org Leaders at Axon care about winning big goals, and they care about you as a team. I love being part of a geoup that wants to work hard to get to the right answer
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a diverse group of people, we go about our identical jobs in different ways, and we still crush out goals. I would go to dinner with them any time. We are planning a team offisite to help offset some fatigue from the start off the year... and I would use a weekend if needed
