The work is challenging. There is no time where I feel like I'm doing the same thing over and over. Each sale presents very unique challenges to work through.

Reps and managers are empowered to go get answers and solutions they need vs having to go through red tape to do so. We have direct access to product managers and support teams to help us do our job efficiently.
Everyone is aligned with the company mission, which makes everyone feel part of a team. When there is a question or someone needs help, there is always another person willing to jump in and help, even if there is no tangible benefit to do so.
