They don't understand our problem space but act like they do so confidently, it makes me monkey clap at their expense.

Problem solving and telling tech people they don't understand out user, but they are so smart...they can figure it out for themselves.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Women. Stop saying you don't have a boys club, especially in company meetings. You have a boys club. In the last year, two men have accused women of being angry at work out of passion questioning the whether they wanted to work here. Knock. it. off.
