There are a lot of things. But I am not seeing them in Axon nowadays

I have no idea, they are at high place and I dont know how they feel and know their employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
fun, work hard and how to say but they are nice people. But the bar of talent is not good like 2017-2018-2019. The good people left Axon.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I dont know, whether company will change based on employee’s feedback, company is still very good as we are earning much more money. Or some of us leave Axon is the right change. But I think that there is no right or wrong
