It's been great. It's not without its opportunities for improvement, but the big pieces are all there - and I feel like it's OK to call out opportunities to do better. Underlying everything is humility that we have room to grow.

Being able to work on projects that can make a difference in society.

They make decisions based on the same principles that we all do - and it shows.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Assuming the best of each other and making sure that what we request of each other is reasonable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Mutual respect. Everyone seems to make the assumption that we are all there for a reason: we are all good at our jobs and all worthy of each other's respect.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like Axon keeps finding new and thoughtful ways to compensate me more. It may be something like a ski day where they pay for lift tickets and rentals and transportation, or having really good snacks... but it all feels kind to me.
