Everything. Axon is always trying new things to motivate and ensure all employees are happy. Axon is truly the best company I have ever had the pleasure of working for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The way they are always engaged, readily available, motivating each employee regularly and always supportive of any ideas that are presented. The entire management team truly supports every employee and makes sure there is no feeling of rank over any employee which is very rare.
