Meeting and working with good teammates. Learn a lot of new things everyday, technically, communicatively, and socially. Deliver products that can be used for good causes. achieved as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company values cover many aspects, not just the business and technical. People are encouraged to treat other teammates and outsiders with respect and candor. Teammates are protective and helpful, there is a good sense of camaraderie in each squad.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I did not get a great contract when I joined, but I proved to be strong and got promoted fast, but by compensation does not rise as fast and catching up slowly, and until now I am not high in my band. There was no rewards for loyalty either.
