I have been here for a long time and I have seen lots of changes, most for the positive. I consider Axon to be the best place I have ever worked.

Having work that I am good at.

Clear vision and drive to execution.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I personally find that the executive team is approachable and open to suggestions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There a few team members that work on the same type of problems that I do. But the larger part of team works on a project that I, and others, have no real interaction. My manager has tried to include some of the other members but it was not a good experience.
