I love interviewing, so I'm an odd case. At Axon, it was a chance to talk with some great technical minds and geek out about computer science.

In addition to offering fair salary/RSU compensation, Axon's XSPP program was an amazing opportunity that let employees share in the same incentive plan as our CEO. And it has paid off in spades.
