Axon's mission to Protect Life is one of the meaningful things I've ever contributed to. It immensely satisfying to know that the work I do makes a real impact--saves lives, fosters transparency and is centered around social justice.

There's a clear vision of the future and a sincere passion to pursue it.

I really appreciate the people I work with. Even over a Slack huddle or Zoom meeting, it makes my day better.

People are honest and candid. I like that I can level with my peers and trust that they're being transparent with me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is endless opportunity to really build your career. It doesn't matter how new you are to the business--you get to start making an actual impact from day one.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Over the last few years, bonuses have been paid out at over 100%. It's a fantastic way to acknowledge all the hard work that has continued to help Axon grow rapidly.
