Everything under the sun! They treat the warehouse employees like garbage literally switching our whole shifts and jobs around while also not training the employees in their new positions! They just recently did a giant restructure that has no thought for the employee and only makijg more money
Sustainability. There are no efforts to address their environmental impact and they are making poor fitting, low quality clothing using questionable sources to try to expand their profits in casual clothing areas.
compensation to match inflation, performance incentives, better computers and programs to make tasks more efficient. Everyday is a constant struggle with software that simply does not work or is slow and tedious. More efficient SOP's
As Backcountry opens stores in expensive locations, they make no attempt to pay associates more in those expensive areas. Employees are finding it increasingly difficult to live where they work.

Backcountry needs to stop being greedy and consider their employees more
Previous law suits are still impacting how the business is perceived. Their jump into fast fashion and low quality gear will further damage their image.
