Baker Hughes Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary is good at Baker hughes

Review from Operations Dept

I get a lot of overtime.

Generous leave policies are great for company culture! They're about taking care of their employees.

Monetary gains over my last job

Attracting top talent: A strong compensation package makes open roles attractive for top candidates, allowing your company to competitively recruit skilled employees that suit your needs.

the bonus we get each year

base salary, stocks, benefits, health insurance

Pension is good but not consistant

I am well paid for the job I was hired to do.

Salary on time and helath securities

base salary, may be the bonus also

Review from Operations Dept

Please send me mail if required is there

Bonus and stick dividend program

Generous pension offering, far better than elsewhere

13-month salary. would like to have schooling fees

Fair and equal among everyone

A large amount of benefits to choose from but gets too costly for for the average worker to choose them all.

Price is comparable to most companies

Good pay good conditions at BH

Additional benefits, above the law

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have not had a salary review with increasing inflation and cost of living

Opportunities outside my location seems difficult to find as been 10 years working on same things.

Review from Engineering Dept

I know i can make more money elsewhere

A raise in my pay

Undervalued versus market, poor cultural climate

You get more verbal 'Thank you's' and pats on the back when you work hard than seeing a change on your salary.

I feel like a lot of task I do and put effort in it are not beeing valued. I am not an engineer officially but I do a lot of engenieering tasks.

The insurance is not the best. The unemployment Sedwick is a laughing joke because you have to jump through so many hoops in order to get paid for the time off or just to get back to work.

The company policies are not good

Not worth stress and toxic culture

Not worth the stress and toxic culture

Benefits parity with banding and peers would be very much appreciated

pay is below average for comparable positions in other companies.

Everything remove toxicity from the workplace

I work in shipping the back bone of getting the material to the client, and we are the lowest paid. The companies idea of a raise is 2.99%, after 3 years of no raises.

Review from Operations Dept

Being paid more than your direct reports.

Review from IT Dept

Compensation should be more incline with industry world wide as we maintain other districts tooling and they get better compensated with less work.

They should run some criteria for performance measurement than coercive treatment.

The amount of work required to get through and the aggressive almost bullying pressure from leadership count against the salary and benefits considerably. There is also a huge disparity between people salary even though they are in similar positions. Get the culture correct at leadership level.

Being paid on par with my peers would be a good start. Also, our bonuses have so many riders that we have no realistic chance of ever getting them regardless of how well the company does.
