Management that knows the area that are to manage and the feel of job security would be nice

They need to have people in charge of areas they know, most of the management don't have a clue

Nothing any more, the company has gotten worse with how it treats the employees so it's a dread coming to work
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work well together and we know our jobs, we all feel the same on the treatment of the company towards the emploees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It would be better if the people on top actully listen to us on the bottom. We could save the company money and make things flow a lot easier
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work in shipping the back bone of getting the material to the client, and we are the lowest paid. The companies idea of a raise is 2.99%, after 3 years of no raises.
