The daily business and the freedom that everyone can say what they think.

It's dificult to say since they don't tend to be present in the production lines
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like a lot of task I do and put effort in it are not beeing valued. I am not an engineer officially but I do a lot of engenieering tasks.
