Lost focus on customer and employees and management are now just numbers crunchers with no knowledge of actual work being done. No one i know is happy working here, just collecting a paycheck and going through the slog.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Corporate has been taking away benefits and pay for almost a decade now. Current culture is be happy you have a job. More competition in industry is needed to give employees somewhere to go when they quit
