Higher pay, polite comments from management and bonuses that are attainable

Communication. Don't talk down to your employees if you want them to stay.

Paid at the lower end of pay scale for high job knowledge and skill set.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New management is changing a well run company and its traditions and alienating longtime employees
