Depends on product line, mostly very open and encourage feedback and informative

Depends on product line; OFS dictatorial & bureaucratic, the rest are diplomatic and open

It takes forever to go from first interview to being hired, at best 3 months, at worst 6. Too many tollgates and handoffs.
