What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a great teamwork and almost family atmosphere. People that work closely together bend over backwards to help each other especially when leadership dictate unrealistic and ridiculous expectations that will never be achieved. The people that perform the work are the best thing in the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Start doing what they preach. They talk about employee engagement and welfare but it all comes down to making the biggest margin rather than looking after employees. The company is extremely aggressive to its staff so much so that there is a huge number off for stress and mental health issues.
