  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Bank of America?
    There tends to be a significant amount of insularity among different groups/departments that can make working together difficult. Certain groups are somewhat notorious for blame and work-shifting, and try to avoid taking responsibility for anything they don't absolutely have to. So overall, there's a lot of CYA activity, which can be frustrating for those who don't like that culture (always having to be careful with emails, avoiding taking responsibility for honest mistakes, etc.) That would be the biggest thing about the culture I'd like to change.

    A little more acknowledgement to the lower grades to make them feel that they make a difference.
