The C.S.R'S are over worked, two for each banking center is very unfair.

Like I said, the work, while pretty big, is doable - but we need better compensation. Or less work at equal pay.

Consistent executive leadership that aligns with core values

BOA needs policies that allow the customers to feel valued. BOA would rather close accounts all day and open new ones instead of retaining current customers

Compensation structure; HR function; and more targeted communication.
