When I was laid off (I was re hired) I got 2 weeks severance for every year plus 2 weeks full benefits. I.e. 10 years is 22 weeks. When rehired I was able to keep my seniority
What's the work from home policy like at Bank of America?
Very flexible and easy. Its not meant to be a 24/7 setup as they do want you to go into the office at times for face to face interactions. They also very much encourage having a work/home balance, work a certain hours every day and have your computer set up somewhere that you can leave and have a home life without considering work.

Very good and friendly. Very accomandating to what I wanted.
How's the morale at Bank of America?
The morale is Awful, Management does not care about your happiness, feelings, or whatever else is going on. Its numbers driven. If you do not produce like others your are publicly shamed for not being as good as the others. Its a very depressing place to be, it makes you want to drive off an overpass, just so you don't have to be there no more.

How do you sell a credit card to someone who already has 2 with boa and about 5 with other banks. What questions do u ask in order to make a customer believe u have a best solution for him

Vacation is the horrible if you try to get a week they give a hard time they don’t respect your vacation you need to take that days they want for you to take . If you have kids don’t even think going to work to Bank of America because they will give you days off when you kids are in vacation
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Bank of America?
Is really hard once you get out of the job all you think about is how you going to make it there is not job security so you don’t have peace of mind . I thank the company for give me a job but because of this company I start having health issues and problems at home for the stress I was taking home

Is a really challenge job goals are unrealistic

No way you can give a feed back if you just try to do it you will have your manager looking for a way to fire you

People with connection and people who land in the righ financial center .
How secure do you feel at your job at Bank of America?
There is not job security every day you in a call with your manager if you don’t do a credit application a week you pretty much loosing your job . Last meeting I have with my manager she said to all the group of SBC that 10% of the people will loose the job in 2 months in set of been a motivated meeting every body thinking how to leave this place
What's the best part of your job at Bank of America?
Nothing I thank God for having a job but I can’t wait to leave Bank of America .
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Bank of America?
I wish I wouldn’t know about the sales pressure , every single person in there hate their job . If I knew that once you start working for them you pretty much by yourself there is not team work and manger just know how to beat you all day long
