Review from Operations Dept

Matched 401K after a year.

Review from Sales Dept

Company gives out bonuses occasionally. They offer "bounties" if I sell extended warranties, etc.

Great health insurance and 401k

Review from Product Dept

All of it no complaints

Review from Product Dept

Since I'm only part time I don't Receive medical. I like the dental and if I'm in the hospital i get paid while in the hospital.

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If the simple tried to be more understanding and valued their staff appropriately.

Ideas and logistics knowledge not considered by many

Only your errors are ever pointed out, no praise for things done right.

Less focus on credit cards & more focus on the work environment.

Review from Sales Dept

Most employees in fishing and hunting have far more skills than do managers.

Boat tech is a difficult job. Deserve more money.

A pay raise would make many of us feel better. This company pays worse than many of the competitors in the retail market.

Review from Sales Dept

More hours they cut us for greed

Better pay. Can't hire help enough because of it. No amount of pay increase justifies 70 hour work weeks.

The company is in shambles. I'd rather find a different job.

Pay your employees for the jobs they are actually doing. I understand the aspect of lending a helping hand but when it's everyday and you've got to watch 2-3 departments and you're only being paid for one of those departments it feels like you're being used.

Review from Sales Dept

First off I'm part time working way more hours than I should some months but I'm not entitled to benefits. I don't get any sort of sick pay or things like that. Secondly my pay for what I'm for doing, witch is prefprming with have half the team we use to but doing the same amount of work we use to

$20 hourly to start. $11 is a slap for ANYONE let alone a retiree in their early years.

3 years at company and over 25 years experiance in my field but yet they are hiting 18 to 20 years okd people at a wages HIGHER than im currently nake

quit paying new hires more than employees that have been here for years.

Review from Sales Dept

When you get notice that you will be paid less money to work a more inconvenient schedule, make an extra commute to worm and deal with endless disorder once you get there it incentivises you to apply for jobs, which is an annoying task I'd rather not have to do.

to get payed for my experiences and all the other task pushed to me

I've been here many years yet i find out new workers who just started are getting payed almost the same amount as I am. Becoming equipment certified she also be included for a pay raise.

Just want the paid time off that i thought i was supposed to recie e after being there for a year.

My time and energy is only considered by the amount of credit cards I sell, and even then compsentation is not enough to survive on.
