Bass Pro Shops of little rock is falling apart. Our management demeans us, and makes us feel like less of a person. Someone please help.. We are being discriminated against for our age, gender, and race up here..
What makes you most happy at work?
When allowed to train in another department to further learn about my store.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to be retrained on how to not discriminate, or be fired.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating respectfully to their employees.. Following through on promotional opportunities or give legal and valid reasons for not doing so
What are some of the best things about your team?
The employees I work with are great people with an extremely strong work ethic, but our management has made them fall off and leave the team, one by one.
