Better pay. Can't hire help enough because of it. No amount of pay increase justifies 70 hour work weeks.
Expanding without having the people and infrastructure. We can't hire enough people but your making more bass pro and more resorts.
There isn't. Upper management expects you to work hard because you work at bass pro and you should be proud they hired you hourly or for a low salary because hey you get to work at bass pro.
