This may be a job that is good for a part time worker with few hours, but as a full time employee it is a draining place. My main complaints would be the low wage for workers, the elimination of jobs to cut costs, and the fact that many of the items are made cheaply and marked up highly.

Push the credit card less and focus more on outdoor activities.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers get outdoors and have the most success in whatever their goals may be while there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A pay raise would make many of us feel better. This company pays worse than many of the competitors in the retail market.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to start giving fair wages to employees. In many of the employees opinions they are not currently viewed as the assets they truely are. This company has shifted to solely pushing their credit card and making the most profit possible. Unfortunately the buyers are the real victims.
