Morning meetings were great. Management kept staff up-to-date about sales numbers and goals, upcoming events, and ongoing issues. I'd like to see that replicated elsewhere.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The people doing the actual hiring, interviewing, and supervising have very little control over employee raises and pay. That disconnect makes it hard to attract and retain employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Many of my coworkers became my friends and we remain in touch even after going our separate ways. We were very supportive of each other through life's tragedies. Everyone worked hard.
