What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There needs to be rules in place and everyone knowing that they will be enforced and face consequences for bullying and workplace harrassment. Training for leadership the seriousness of someone veing singled out and tormented by everyone else & in talking to victims and conflict resolution.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have not had any positive encounters with my leadership tem. They are allowing me to be singled out and relentlessly attacked and openly disrespected without intervening in any way or even seeing if im alright its completly unprovoked and a brutally hostile environment nobody should have to endure
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Their bullying they decided by listening me interact with others that thry dont like me &began insulting me openly where i can hear when they saw i was just ignoring them &just kept working they began loudly harassing me nonstop &now everybody is insulting me all day while supervisors allow it
