Being left alone to do my job. I dont need someone micro managing everything i do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay and raises are not merit based. Everyone gets the same annual 3% increase. Some deserve more, others deserve less. No incentive to go above and beyond
