Pay is below the regional minimum wage, employees ONLY get Christmas Day off as far as federal holidays are concerned, and upper management as well as HR are never around or ignore employees needs.

Being able to assist customers.

Listening to their employee's concerns and being aware of the atmosphere in different departments.

That it appears I already had the job by the time the interview came.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm able to communicate with them honestly, and should a need arise, I'm able to change shifts relatively easily.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My time and energy is only considered by the amount of credit cards I sell, and even then compsentation is not enough to survive on.
