Terrible leadership its a very dangerous place to work at. Especially with this Virus being known around when someone finds out they were around a known associate who has the virus they don't even give you a warning and tell you.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need to update Managers and some Team leads start fresh.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team and I understand each other and know when certain Managers are trying to get us to dislike each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need to start paying workers who been with the company five years or more better and we need management who doesn't have a groups of favorites.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more appreciated and stop looking for negative things to say to us. They need to lead and be an example of what team work is.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been here many years yet i find out new workers who just started are getting payed almost the same amount as I am. Becoming equipment certified she also be included for a pay raise.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
they re ask the same questions hoping your going to answer something incorrect. Been here for so many years I already know that these managers already have someone picked out for the position your applying for.
