They don't care at all about their employees and when there are inpending fees for trailer usage because they ran out of floor space in the building, they roll over the cost onto laborers by reducing their wages and changing their schedule (mandatory overtime, etc.)

It was pretty straight forward

We all do our part. We encourage each other to work hard and help each other when someone needs it.
What makes you most happy at work?
The breaks and the fact that my bosses will listen to my complaints even though they have no power to change anything
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Running their business and treating employees like people. Hiring decent HR. Giving employees information about their standing with the company. A whole host of things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When you get notice that you will be paid less money to work a more inconvenient schedule, make an extra commute to worm and deal with endless disorder once you get there it incentivises you to apply for jobs, which is an annoying task I'd rather not have to do.
