What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?ELT really seems to care about employees, they just don't seem to know what really happens in the trenches.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They have online meetings but they are not helpful to anyone.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Identifying someone who is a good leader rather than just good at their job. Too many people get promoted who just maybe get a raise. Terrible micromanagers in the Finance organization.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The pay is in fair for the work I do. I know other companies pay more fairly and the only reason I havent left is because I have loyalty towards my team and I need the job.
