- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Identifying someone who is a good leader rather than just good at their job. Too many people get promoted who just maybe get a raise. Terrible micromanagers in the Finance organization.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The pay is in fair for the work I do. I know other companies pay more fairly and the only reason I havent left is because I have loyalty towards my team and I need the job.
