Fantasic company to work for!

I like what I do but, I believe that ALL employees should be treated as valuable to the company. I was in a meeting one day when our manager said "bonuses are reserved for those that earn them". Then we watched as he tried back pedeling. My previous employer respected ALL employees!

The pay is OK and the benefits are great, however my branch has a lot of organizational issues and some jobs don't close well. Certain employees need much more training and things just don't run smoothly as they should

Better organization on job planning

When doing hazardous material work I expect to be paid more.

Listen better be motivated more when they come to work. Use their brain to think before they do stuff. Work harder. Raise their standards of cleanliness

Work ethic needs to be brought up morale is not amazing. Pay raises need to happen

The steps you have to take to get employed are annoying, and once you actually get employed all the things you have to wait for like your phone your insurance packet and your company cards take forever and they shouldn't
