Better organization on job planning
When doing hazardous material work I expect to be paid more.
If I was making the same amount as the other people in the company who are doing the same job.

Listen better be motivated more when they come to work. Use their brain to think before they do stuff. Work harder. Raise their standards of cleanliness
Work ethic needs to be brought up morale is not amazing. Pay raises need to happen
just a sense of happiness a few days a week
ask questions that are relevant to position being interviewed for
better managers that aren't ill tempered all the time
