What can this brand most improve?

Everything. Issue after issue after issue. I have no idea where to start. From wrong charges, wrong information, agents using fake names, agents hanging up on me, waiting in hold for hours to talk to someone, the list is endless as there's way more but just steer clear. Don't use Bell.

Prices could be a bit better

What makes you most happy at work?

I work autonomously, have no commute to work.
