What is the best part about your compensation package?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We encourage each other to take our lunches, we listen to music and have a generally flexible environment that fosters individuality and collaboration. We're comfortable to be ourselves.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Transparency and high-level communication, clear expectations are set on a regular basis. I feel supported, valued and that my opinions/feedback matter because they take the time to ask and listen.

What makes you most happy at work?

The work that we do helps people to refinance or buy homes and put themselves in a better financial position, as well as the people that we hire and work with!!

What did you like most about the interview process?

It's challenging and we interview with at least 3 individuals- this shows how valuable each person is at onboarding because the executive and management team are involved in the process early on and really make an effort to find people who are not only skilled, but would be a great culture fit.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The different types of personalities, yet we all come together under a common goal and share the same morals. We have the trust and respect to lean on each other often and always find time to help each other out. We can have fun moments but work very hard as well. We're each others cheerleaders!
