We are a family, which makes the days when we have to put in long hours worthwhile. They always have your back regardless of the situation and it makes coming into work each morning such a joy.

I liked that I met people at different levels within my department. They were able to share some of the projects they were working on and connect my previous experience to how I could use it to contribute to Better's mission.
