Focused, Driven, and Ambitious. They lead by example, but always are asking for feedback to make the product and workplace better.

We all get along, and respect each other. Open to helping each other out, and helping each other work through problems.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We don't have paper-shufflers, everyone here is here to contribute. People here take pride in their work, and are not here to just collect a paycheck and punch out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having worked at other companies in the industry, the pay is way above what other places pay. And free lunch and snacks does not happen at any other mortgage companies.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There are multiple employees who conduct an individual interview, with multiple people involved in each hiring decision it helps to find people who will fit the overall culture and direction of the company
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the work, and as an experienced member of my team, am asked for input often by managers. I like that I am able to contribute to the company as a whole, and not just to my individual work.
