My overall experience is so positive. There are not enough good things that I can say. I tell anyone and everyone I can about how amazing it is to work for this company. There is no place I would rather spend my weekdays!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that my leadership team is so accessible and transparent. I feel close with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is that we are paid based off of multiple factors. We are not just focused on pushing paper. We have to provide a good experience all around.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I was able to speak with multiple people separately from different departments. This gave me better insight into how the company operates and different perspectives from different walks of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is always happy because everyone enjoys working here. The air is so light and happy and everyone is comfortable. We all socialize and take breaks / lunches together. Coworkers are very close and spend actual quality time together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very close. We all feel like family. Everyone enjoys coming in to work because we don't stress about typical things that don't relate to our job. Everyone is here to work and we enjoy what we do.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love coming to work and feeling confident in the company that I work for. I am confident in how we do business, how we are supported by management, and the programs we offer. This makes the atmosphere so nice to work in.
