The interview cocktail hour/meet & greet was an amazing opportunity to meet with management from the various departments. It gave candidates an opportunity to wow in-person if their resume left doubts & vica versa, if candidates had doubts about the company, meeting management made the difference.
Cheer and Shoutouts - a weekly event in which management acknowledges employees hitting milestones whether it's a 1st or 100th they are recognized, then it opens up to all employees to acknowledge anyone who has gone above and beyond. It feels good to be able to acknowledge your coworkers.
