I work with some world-class technical minds who are nonetheless concerned with the experiences of our internal and external users.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Vishal and the leadership team are very candid with employees, information about performance and opportunities is easy to come by, and there is a compassionate candor inside and across teams.
What did you like most about the interview process?
On of the interviewers asked me to describe how they should advocate for me, if they had to point to a single overarching strength. It was a really compassionate experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People welcome debate and open discussion of aspects of our offerings that work vs those that need some tweaking. It took a solid amount of time to get used to being *rewarded* for sharing my candid opinions, which is something that is programmed out of people at many companies.
