Seeing all my coworkers every day!!!!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked getting to interview with three different people because then you have three different opinions and personalities
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honestly everyone is friends with each other and it feels like I have a second family here. No one judges others either, like when I joined I came from retail with 0 mortgage experience and everyone was eager to help me learn.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honestly, I would never have expected to be paid this much for a junior position. It really just shows me that they feel even junior positions hold alot of importance and worth in our company and that they believe in us that we will eventually grow with the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is welcoming and does not just want to do work and go home, but wants to be friends too. Obviously work comes first, but it is nice to actually make really strong connections on a personal basis with my coworkers. They also are patient to answer my billions of questions since I'm new!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all very committed to making sure everyone has a safe and effective working environment. They are intent on keeping up our culture and values. I feel like our company really cares about not only borrowers, but the employees too. When I come into work I feel like I have a second family here.
