We are young, driven, and knowledgeable. It's inspiring.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work hard; because of this the company is very accomodating for the daily mishaps in life and we work together to create solutions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have so many health plans to choose from that satisfy our individual needs. I'm very glad we aren't forced into a singular plan that may or may not be best for us because we all have different lifestyles.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is here to enable the employee's growth. I have been here four months and out of my many jobs, this is the first company to show they genuinely care about the employee's improvement. I'm very grateful.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a 90 minute interview. This was perfect for me because I find myself to do well in large parties and lengthier discussions. I do not like being rushed and if I am interviewing with a company, I appreciate it when they can take the time to truly understand me at the start.
