How we can all come as we are and not be judged or looked at a certain way

I love that they provide lunch for us and overall the pay is something that I enjoy because they pay what they feel we deserve by the work they give
What makes you most happy at work?
It is something new for me and you can feel the energy and vibes when I stepped foot into my onboarding class. Everybody that has worked him came in the room with smiles on their faces bubbly and energetic. You can hear through their voice that they enjoy working here.
