What did you like most about the interview process?
Higher ups interviewing were more interested in getting to know me rather than have me recite my resume to them. They wanted to ensure I was a right fit occupationally and socially with the culture of the office.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is accepting and non-judgemental. They know how to balance the social aspect of our office and get work done as well. Everyone comes from different occupational backgrounds and so they all bring something unique to the team. Always eager to help and friendly to boot.
