VERY structured - the people ops team has done well to make sure we approach interviewing with a focused mindset while keeping in mind personal bias

Pay is very generous and equity has very high upside potential. Besides that the benefits go above and beyond to show caring to employees - such as WFH stipends and mental health benefits.
