Team members are collaborative and willing to help (across levels). People make it clear they want their teammates to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People work hard to do what's best for the company. Employees have a desire to win (within ethical boundaries) and help each other do so.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Expectations were pretty clearly set. The interview process was relevant for the position in terms of the technical assignment and I was given enough time to meet the team (so that I was able to feel comfortable with them too!)
