First of all they are smart, have years of experience, have fun and laugh everyday, they work hard to get the job done, and are supportive of one another
What did you like most about the interview process?
Looking back, I am impressed that Better requires several people(managers) interviewing you, with feedback from each interviewer, and not just one person rating you. Each interviewer was approachable and kind.
