We share information and have an equal voice. There are leaders and a hierarchy, but they take everyone's opinion into consideration.

The recruiters were transparent, and everyone was very kind. It was easy to just talk about our vision and skill sets .

You get to have a lot of ownership over the direction of the company and people are inclusive and willing to share the road.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
